Paper as an element of expression is not limited to a simple passive platform for paint or ink, and tonight’s Dark Sentiment offers two delightful examples from that other fold — Origami.
To begin with the Demon Heart at the head of this piece, I posit that neither Hallmark nor floral arrangement hold greater power to woo the object of your heart’s desire than such a smooth demonstration of sincerity! As no pursuit of worthwhile endeavours comes absent peril, no discussion of paper folding, however intricate and beautiful, can come free from the dread reality that is the paper cut. This will not only yield hours of enjoyment, but give you something to do with all those piled up Amazon boxes!
