The beauty of the feminine eye can lend itself to embellishment that transcends natural gifts, and as the ecstatically happy Mate, Husband, and co-conspirator of a Woman with eyes both to live and to die for, it is my decree that today’s Dark Sentiment is all about seasonal eye candy.

This year has seen the appearance of such strikingly artistic examples that it’s almost a shame to consider their falling afoul of makeup remover at the end of the night. Taker a peek, as it were.

The first one is called “Virus Infection” (source could not be reliably verified) but it puts me in mind of the Old Ash Tree Katy Towell warns us all not to go near.
